Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging (for equipment and software)
  • Accompanied by your order number

How to start a return:

Email us at support@chessriver.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you’d like to return
  3. The reason for the return

We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not ship items back before contacting us.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you – no need to return the item.

Shipping costs:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods). We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
